摘要(Abstract):
心理脱离是指个体下班后在时空和心理两个层面从工作中抽离出来,不被工作相关问题所干扰并停止对工作思考的心理状态。研究表明,心理脱离会通过不同的作用机制对员工的健康、工作表现和幸福感等身心状态或行为产生影响。本文通过对心理脱离相关研究的回顾与梳理,从概念着手,重点阐述了影响员工心理脱离的因素和心理脱离的作用机制,并指出了现有研究的不足、未来研究的突破方向以及现有研究对实践的启示。
