企业经营者胜任力及测评理论研究

摘要(Abstract):
研究企业经营者胜任力对选拔和任用企业经营者有着重要意义。本文在梳理相关研究文献的基础上,阐述了经营者胜任力测评研究的起源和发展,归纳出该领域的四种主要理论,并评析了它们的内在关联及不足之处。然后,文章介绍了胜任力测评体系的演进过程,以及胜任力模型和测评方法在组织内部的发展及应用,并提出了未来的研究方向,以期为今后该领域的理论研究与应用提供借鉴。
