组织认同理论研究述评

摘要(Abstract):
组织认同(organizational identification)是20世纪50年代以来在社会认同(socialidentity)概念的基础上发展起来的。组织认同的前因可归纳为个体特性、组织特性和环境特性三类;组织特性又集中表现为组织形象、组织氛围、工作特性和文化特性。组织认同的结果主要表现为对合作意图、满意度、基于组织的自尊(OBSE)、组织公民行为(OCB)和离职意图的影响。本文在对组织认同理论进行全面述评的基础上,对其未来的发展趋势进行了初步探讨。
