重构工作身份与意义——工作重塑研究述评Crafting Work Identity and Meaning:A Literature of Job Crafting Research

摘要(Abstract):
与传统自上而下的工作设计不同,工作重塑是一种自下而上的行为,体现了员工的积极主动性——以主动的行为去重新定义和塑造工作内容、工作方式以及与他人的合作关系,其目的是重构工作身份、获得工作意义。工作重塑能够优化组织设计与工作关系,有利于员工产生工作认同和有效应对逆境。本文在已有研究的基础上,对工作重塑的特征、测量、重塑方式、影响因素及影响结果方面的研究成果进行了述评,并提出了未来的研究方向。
