企业员工工作投入研究综述

摘要(Abstract):
企业员工的工作态度是组织行为学和人力资源管理研究者始终关注的焦点问题,而工作投入作为工作态度中的行为要素,是影响组织效能、员工工作动机及行为的主要因素。本文从理论与实证的角度,探讨了目前学术界对员工工作投入的内涵界定及测量,并基于相关理论模型,系统梳理了现有文献对工作投入相关变量的研究,最后提出了未来研究的拓展方向。
