摘要(Abstract)：

本文借助"六何"分析框架,从制度创业的主体(Who)、动因(Why)、过程(How)、阶段(When)、对象(What)和情境(Where)这六个方面,系统地回顾了制度创业的相关研究成果。通过回顾,我们认为制度创业是多层面、多因素所共同推动的结果,其实施策略可归类为物质策略、话语策略和组织策略,其过程具有反复性,阶段之间具有模糊性。最后,我们将"六何"分析框架进行逻辑关系整合,构建出制度创业研究的系统性分析框架,并提出未来研究展望。

• 1为系统、深入地归纳和总结现有研究成果,本文首先通过以下步骤尽量全面地筛选制度创业国外文献:(1)通过EBSCOhost、ProQuest ABI、JSTOR、Emerald及WILEY这五个数据库,以“Institutional Entrepreneurship”、“Institutional Entrepreneurs”和“Institutional Entrepreneur”这三个关键词对1988-2013年之间的英文文献进行检索,文献去重后共获得1246篇文献;(2)为了确保文献的权威性和代表性,去除非科学引文索引(SSCI)所收录的期刊论文,剩余912篇文献;(3)阅读题目和摘要,再次去除虽包含关键词但所研究领域与制度创业主题不相关文献,剩余198篇;(4)对此198篇文献进行逐篇精读,剔除非制度创业研究主题的文献,最后筛选出有效文献145篇。
