企业文化研究脉络梳理与趋势展望

摘要(Abstract):
上世纪八十年代初由美日竞争模式比较促成的企业文化理论,是管理学领域继科学管理、人际关系学说之后发起的又一次思想革命,它唤起了人们对企业深层软性因素的关注与思考。本文从企业文化理论产生的时代背景入手,就企业文化研究的不同流派及发展脉络进行了比较系统的梳理,通过把握企业文化研究的最新动态,对企业文化研究的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
