授权管理与知识管理动态整合研究

摘要(Abstract):
在快速变化、激烈竞争的市场环境中,员工的能力将直接对组织的整体效能产生重大的影响。本文首先探讨了授权管理发挥路径依赖性的优势,促进员工在现有能力类型范围内的水平升级问题;然后阐述了知识管理引发创造性破坏,拓展员工能力类型范围这一问题。最后,借助能力理论和生命周期理论提出了在能力全面成长的总体目标下建立知识管理和授权管理的动态整合模型,并讨论了实现能力在量上的增加和在质上的改善这个问题。
