国外企业裁员理论与实证研究评析

摘要(Abstract):
裁员作为一种组织行为,是企业精简组织结构、降低人工成本、提高运行效率的重要手段。本文对国外有关裁员的实证研究成果和结论进行了归纳和介绍,重点阐述了裁员对利益各方造成的影响,最后提出了一些自己的观点和建议,希望对今后这一领域的研究和我国国有企业的改革(如下岗分流、冗员安置等)起到一定的借鉴作用。
