发达国家与发展中国家创业环境比较研究

摘要(Abstract)：
创业环境的培育和研究已经引起各国政府的高度重视。发达国家和发展中国家的环境差异导致它们的创业活动呈现不同的特征。本文通过对两者创业环境差异的比较,得出了应根据不同的目标和阶段来培育创业环境的结论。
