试论知识员工人力资本与社会资本的协同开发

摘要(Abstract):
人力资本和社会资本对知识员工的成长和职业成功同等重要,但两者既有促进作用又存在局限性,因此有必要协同开发知识员工的人力资本和社会资本。本文提出人力资本和社会资本均属于知识员工开发内容的观点,论述了个体层面人力资本和社会资本的互动作用机制,并分析了能够促进知识员工人力资本和社会资本协同开发的人力资源开发形式。
