摘要(Abstract)：

管理者全球心智是近年来西方人力资源管理研究的热点,而目前国内这一领域的研究及相关成果介绍还不多见。本文在文献研究的基础上,从概念内涵、测量、干预、影响因素与影响效应等方面,系统介绍了管理者全球心智的理论研究现状,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
