基于企业家资源禀赋的创业行为过程分析

本文从企业家资源禀赋视角透视个体创业行为过程 ,认为创业是基于企业家资源禀赋演变的机会驱动行为过程 ,并指出企业家资源禀赋差异是导致微观层次创业行为异质性的根本原因
